. RESPONDENTS.
WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI A. PRABHAKAR RAO, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in demolishing the Building bearing No.12-6-35 consists of Ground Plus two Upper Floors situated at Ramannapet, Warnagal, Warangal District without considering the explanation submitted to the show cause dated 12.8.2013 and without conducting necessary enquiry is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the aforesaid building;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI A. PRABHAKAR RAO, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Govt. Pleader for Municipal Administration on behalf of respondent No.1 and Sri C.V. Bhaskar Reddy-SC on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in the Writ Petition;

1. The Principal Secretary, MA & UD, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad.
2. The Commissioner, Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal.
3. The Town Planning officer, Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal
4. The City Planning Officer, Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal, Warangal District.
are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this writ petition should not be admitted.
