For respondent : Mrs.Kala Ramesh for Mr.P.Rajendra Kumar O R D E R Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, lerned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the time granted by the Chief Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, for disposal of the R.C.O.P.Nos.456 and 514 of 2017 by the Rent Controller, is getting over by 07.10.2017, and he is deprived of filing an engineer's report to substantiate his contention.
2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in order to meet the ends of justice, the time for completion of proceedings in R.C.O.P.Nos.456 and 514 of 2017 on the file of the Rent Controller - cum- X Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, is extended till 07.11.2017. It is made clear that no further extention of time shall be granted in the above regard.
3. Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.15826 of 2017 is closed.
