This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P3 order, by which the Government declared its Abkari Policy for the year 2014-2015. Ext.P3 order was challenged in W.P.(C).No.22195 of 2014 and connected cases and this Court upheld the said Abkari Policy of the Government, as per judgment dated 30.10.2014. In the light of the said judgment, this writ petition is dismissed.
