JUDGMENT / ORDER

The plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.318 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial Court to dispose of suit within a time frame.
2. The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.318 of 2012 for permanent injunction.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendants have already filed their written statement before the trial Court. Further, the learned counsel submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the plaintiff is put to hardship and prejudice.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam, to dispose of O.S.No.318 of 2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
