By order dated 21.11.2013, this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 02.12.2013 for dismissal. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 07.09.2017, printing the M.DURAISWAMY, J.
va name of the petitioner in the cause list. However, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption for dismissal on 14.09.2017. Even, today, though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
