JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition under Section 438 of CR.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No.2 on bial , in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.
157 of 2014 of Sanathnagar Police Station, Sanathnagar, Cyberabad.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Y. Venkatasatyam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of Respondent- State, the Court made the following.
ORDER:-
“The petitioner seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. She is accused No.2. She allegedly committed the offences under Sections 354, 383, 391, 448, 447, 452, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this case is a counter-blast to the case filed by the petitioner against the de facto complainant. T h e de facto complainant filed a private complaint before the learned XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally.
3. In view of the allegation that this is a counter-blast to the case filed by the petitioner and in view of the nature of the allegations as well as the sex of the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge her on anticipatory bail.
4. Hence, this petition is allowed.
The petitioner/accused No.2 shall surrender before the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally within 2 (two) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned XIX Metropolitan M agist r at e, Cyberabad at Kukatpally shall release the petitioner/accused No.2 on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
