Considering the fact that the appeal is already admitted, ad-interim relief granted earlier is required to be confirmed till the final disposal of the appeal. Civil Application is disposed of by confirming the ad-interim relief till the final disposal of the appeal.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal be listed for final hearing peremptorily on 30.7.2012 just below the Admission Board. In case, hearing of the appeal is delayed for some reason and the appeal is not decided within stipulated time, it will be open to the respondent to apply for vacating the ad-interim relief.
