Heard Sri Rajiv Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Prem Chandra Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file an application to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no. 4.
List this case after four weeks.
Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 submits that he will seek instructions as to whether the respondent nos. 1 to 3 are willing to accept a lump-sum amount against their claim for reinstatement and back wages etc. Considering the aforesaid submissions and stand of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents, the impugned award dated 07-11-2019 passed by the respondent no. 7, the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, U.P., Lucknow in Adjudication Case No. 80 of 1998, shall remain stayed till the next date of listing of this writ petition.
