JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
By way of ad­interim relief, the impugned award is stayed only qua the direction regarding grant of 75% back wage on condition that the order of reinstatement shall be implemented within a period of 30 days from today. In case of failure to reinstate the respondent­workman by the stipulated period, the interim relief shall stand vacated. Direct service is permitted.
