1. Presently, the petitioner claims that an application filed before the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, U.P., Bareilly, is pending since 30.03.1999. Perusal of that application reveals that the same was filed by one Babu Ram and others. Prima facie, it does not appear that the petitioner is a signatory to that application.
2. In any case, the relief sought in that application being to recall an earlier order dated 13.10.1997, it appears that the application was filed de hors any provision of law as none has been shown to exist where under the recall application may have been filed under the Societies Registration Act.
3. Consequently, no mandamus may be issued and the present writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
