C.M.Application No. 13736 (B) of 2012 Heard on the correction application.
It is submitted that the fair price shop of the petitiner was cancelled by the S.D.M but because of the typing error in place of S.D.M, Commissioner was written and the appeal against the said order was preferred before the Commissioner Devi Patan while in place of Commissioner Devi Patan, District Magistrate was typed.The correction appears to be necessary.
Therefore, the application is allowed. In second para of the order dated 2.2. 2012 in place of Commissioner , Sub Divisional magistrate , Nanpara, district Bahraich shall be read and in pace of word District Magistrate , Commissioner Devi Patan Mandal Goda shall be read.
Application is accordingly allowed.
