JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner/wife has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.4414 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur.
2. H.M.O.P.No.4414 of 2014 is filed by the respondent-husband for dissolution of marriage held between the petitioner and the respondent on 27.02.2000.
3. Since the petitioner is not able to travel from Thanjavur to Chennai and cannot afford to appoint an Advocate in Chennai and further that she has to take care of her children, who are studying at Thanjavur, she seeks transfer of H.M.O.P from Chennai to Thanjavur.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband has got no serious objection for transferring the petition.
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.4414 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
