On the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Gudur, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the prayer in the writ petition does not survive. The petitioners assail the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in allotting the site in an extent of Ac.0.03 cents in Sy.No.1791-E of East Gudur village for construction of Sulabh complex as illegal and unconstitutional.
From the instructions, it is stated that the allotment of site was completed, construction of complex was completed and the complex is in operation. The instructions are placed on record.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as no cause survives. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
