Sri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been acquitted by the trial court in case crime no. 160 of 2020 under Sections- 376, 363, 366 (ka), 376-d IPC and Section 5 chha/6 POCSO Act and as such the bail application is rejected as having become infructuous.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, accordingly, the present bail application is rejected as having become infructuous.
