Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondent no.2 to charge Rs.100/- per sq. mtr. in place of Rs.700/- per sq. mtr. for approval of map in area Deoband, district Saharanpur.
It has not been demonstrated in the petition that the petitioner had submitted any application for sanction of map on which a demand has been raised by the respondents.
Under the circumstances, the petition is pre-mature and the same is dismissed as such without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, in case any demand is raised.
