Heard Shri R.P. Yadav, counsel for petitioner, Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Shri Ashish Agrawal for respondent No.4/Bank.
At the very outset, counsel for petitioner states that he does not want to press the first relief regarding the quashing of recovery citation dated 14.01.2019.
His sole prayer is that he may be permitted to approach the respondent No.2 in regard the debt waiver scheme.
In view of the statements so made petitioner is permitted to move application before the respondent No.2, who shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
