Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Paras Nath Rai, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the order dated 25.01.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1855 of 2021 (Durgvijay Yadav Vs. Union of India and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri P.N. Rai, learned counsel for the opposite party placed a decision dated 12.02.2021 received from the office of the opposite party, a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant. It is argued that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the matter. Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has a liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
