Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that due to inadvertent mistake in the 7th line of third paragraph of the order dated 16.1.2019 passed by this Court the word "Sessions Trial No." has been wrongly typed in place of "Special Sessions Trial No."
The correction application is allowed.
In the 7th line of third paragraph of the order dated 16.1.2019 passed by this Court in place of the words "Sessions Trial No." the words "Special Sessions Trial No." shall be read.
