1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his Case No. 03476 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T201805440403476 (Durgesh Kumar Vs. Kalawati Devi), filed under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Kasaya, District- Kushinagar, has remained pending since 2018.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Kasaya, District- Kushinagar, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided that the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
