The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 04.01.2016 passed in Writ A No.67260 of 2015 (Smt. Durgesh @ Durgesh Nandini Vs. State of U.P. and others).
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this contempt application.
The contempt application is dismissed as not pressed.
It is made clear that no liberty has been granted to the applicant to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
