Heard Sri Rajnath Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sanjay Kr. Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
In pith and substance the petitioner has asked the respondent to take an appropriate action on the applications as prayed a mandamus directing the respondent authorities to take appropriate action for provide the possession to the petitioner over lease land bearing plot No. 1626 area 0.1010 hectare situated at village Jamua, Paragana- Jamua, tehsil- Madiyahun, Dist- Jaunpur. Regarding his grievance he has already moved detailed applications on 19.6.2018, 3.7.2018 and 17.7.2018 and as such request has been made the Sub Divisional Officer Madiyahun, District Jaunpur, may be asked to decide the aforesaid applications expeditiously.
Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel states that in case any such applications are pending consideration the same would be looked into examined by the competent authority expeditiously.
In the facts and circumstances no useful purpose would be served and in keeping the writ petition pending consideration with the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the Sub-Divisional Officer Madiyahun, district Jaunpur to decide the aforesaid applications expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving all stakes holder an opportunity who have been arrayed as 4 & 5 respondents.
