The following prayer is prayed for:-
"(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos.3 and 4 to take an appropriate action upon the application of the petitioner dated 25.3.2021."
We have gone through the same. The direction rather mandamus is asked for directing respondent nos. 3 and 4 namely Sub Divisional Officer and Station House Officer, P.S. Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau, to take action upon the application of the petitioner filed in the month of March, 2021.
On the application, the authority concerned shall hear all the parties and take a decision within 10 months from today.
Prima facie, it appears that it is a private dispute between the petitioner and respondent no.5.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
We are thankful to the Counsel for the State for amicably assisting the Court.
