The present petition has been filed alleging that the petitioner was appointed on ad hoc basis on 03rd June, 1983 and was retired on 30th September, 2018, however the request of the petitioner for grant of pension is not being considered. The petitioner claims that ad hoc services rendered by the petitioner have also to be counted while deciding the benefit of pension, which is not being done.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a proposal/recommendation has already been sent by the respondent no. 3 in terms of the circular dated 09.08.2018 to the respondent no. 2.
Without going to the merits of the contention of the petitioner, as the request of the petitioner is pending before the respondent no. 2, the present petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation, relying upon whatever documents he may be advised, before the respondent no. 3 along with copy of this order within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law taking into consideration the aforesaid recommendation sent by respondent no. 3, within a period of three months thereafter.
