2. On 04.10.2016, this Court referred the appeal to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. Parties have entered into a compromise and filed a joint memo, dated 11.01.2017, before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Enclosing the same, Mediation Report, dated 11.01.2017, has been filed, with a request to place the matter before this Court. Thus, it is listed today.
3. Joint memo of compromise, dated 11.01.2017, signed by both the parties and their respective counsel, shall form part of the record.
4. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the joint memo of compromise, dated 11.01.2017, which shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
