ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering with the civil disputes in relation to the suit schedule property in O.S.No.2963 of 2007 on the file of the learned Second Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, admeasuring 7 guntas comprised in Sy.No.169/EE of Chandanagar village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
Learned Government Pleader based on the written instructions dated 10.11.2014 sent by the Station House Officer, Police Station, Chandanagar submits that while the aforesaid suit is pending adjudication, the petitioner and Respondent No.5 have compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat held at District Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in case P.L.C.No. 210 of 2014 on 08.07.2014 and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ petition.
In view thereof, the Writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
