Pursuant to the order passed by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court in this case on 5.10.2018, Smt. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A. I stated that the investigation in this matter has been completed and final report has been filed namely F. R. No. 69 of 2018 dated 3.10.2018.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
