Sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Suit No. 178 of 1990 (Durga Prasad and others vs. Kapildev and others) under Section 229B/201 U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, pending in the Court of Additional District Magistrate, Basti, District Siddharth Nagar be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the aforesaid case shall be decided within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
