The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the charge sheet No. 33 of 2015 dated 16.03.2015, in Case No. 2778 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No. 383 of 2014, Under Sections- 420, 406, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station- Islam Nagar, District Budaun.
This is third application of the applicant with regard to the same proceeding and is not maintainable.
