Learned Standing Counsel submits that the present petition is not maintainable as the land involved in the present case is a piece of banzar land.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed in the light of order dated 31.5.2019 passed in Rahul Kumar Singh vs. State of U.P. (PIL No. 1215 of 2019).
