Shri Awadhesh Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that errors in the petition are due to lack of knowledge of the law. He seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order passed by the competent authority under the Minimum Wages Act,1948, along with the recovery proceedings.
The writ petition is dismissed with the liberty as prayed above.
