Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haveli, Azamgarh to decide the 6C application filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 788 of 2019 (Ram Murat Mishra vs. Durga Mishra and another).
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the writ petition pending, and therefore the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haveli, Azamgarh to decide the 6C application filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 788 of 2019 (Ram Murat Mishra vs. Durga Mishra and another) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
