Heard Shri Ankit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner is a married sister of the deceased Class-IV employee of an intermediate college. The said employee unfortunately died while in service in 2014. The petitioner being married sister applied for compassionate appointment before the Principal, but when no action has been taken she went to the D.I.O.S. where also no orders have been passed.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner files a representation along with a certified copy of this order before the D.I.O.S., Fatehpur and the petitioner falls under the category of dependent of the deceased employee being a married sister, the D.I.O.S. will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
