JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order of the 1st respondent dated 22.10.2016 stating that the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2016 has already been considered and orders have been passed.
In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
