This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram to consider the bail applications to be filed by the petitioners in Crime No.330 of 2017 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ulundurpet Division, Villupuram District, on the same day of their surrender.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, is directed to consider the bail applications, to be filed by the petitioners in Crime No.330 of 2017 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ulundurpet Division, Villupuram District, and pass orders on merits, on the same day of their surrender, before the said Court within 15 days from today.
