By means of this writ petition the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to maintain a gate know as "Bharat Gate" erected by the petitioner on the main road of Sirsa Meja Road, Tehsil-Meja, District-Prayagraj.
It is not disputed that the petitioner has constructed that gate on government property without any valid permission and now the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to maintain that gate and the police be restrained from interfering in the same.
Since it is an admitted position that the petitioner has erected illegally a gate on main road on government land, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
