Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking the appropriate action on the representation dated 15.02.2013 and the legal notice dated 16.03.2013, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to entrust the works sought to be executed under the MPLADS only by way of tender process.

Koti Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Finance & Planning for respondent No.1 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent No.2, the Court made the following ORDER:
