1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for Nagar Nigam, Allahabad.
2. Petitioner is a retired Safaikarmi of Ward No. 18, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad. Her outstanding dues have not been paid because of certain unsettled accounts regarding HRA/penal rent. Petitioner has made a representation on 13.06.2018 to the respondent No. 2.
3. This writ petition is disposed off without entering into the merits of the controversy with a direction to the respondent No.
2 to call for a report from respondent No. 3 and pass appropriate and reasoned order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
