Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent nos.1 and 2 and Shri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to issue direction to the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Handia, District Allahabad to decide the Case No.971 of 2015 (Dulari Devi vs. Rajesh) under Section 34 of Land Revenue Act within stipulated time.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and decide petitioner's aforesaid case by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
