Heard learned advocate for the appellant.

It is submitted that pursuant to the judgment dated 5.5.2012 passed in Special Electricity Case No.120 of 2010 by learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Surat, the appellant has deposited Rs.1,65,000/- and further by order dated 5.5.2012, the order of conviction is suspended for a period of one month and correspondingly the appellant is enlarged on bail.

Considering the above aspect, ADMIT the appeal.
