Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner is working as Watchman in R & B Department. It appears that his basic pay is about Rs.9,000=00 [Rs. Nine Thousand only].
3. Having regard to the number of dependants on him and other family circumstances and the fact that he has already deposited 50% of the decretal amount, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to pay the remaining amount @ Rs.5,000/- [Rs. Five Thousand only] per month till the entire amount has been paid to the decree holder without fail. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer should deduct the amount from out of the salary of the petitioner and send to the court and the respondent-decree holder shall be entitled to withdraw the same as and when the amount is deposited. If for any reason, if the amount is not deposited to the credit of E.P.No. 83 of 2012 in OS.No. 329 of 2011 for two months continuously then this order stands cancelled, the decree holder can execute the decree.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stands closed.
