1. The grievance of petitioner is that Case No. RST/462/475/2011-2012 (Computer Case No. T- 2012150606776) (Dubri vs. Santdev and others), under Section 176 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 is pending before Respondent-2, Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh and the same has not been decided so far.
2. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case aforesaid case is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide aforesaid case and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties within a period of eight months from today, if there is no other legal impediment.
