Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 states that subject to verification of all facts including whether the order of 21 July 2015 has attained finality and that no application for recall has been made by the original land holders or on their behalf, all further steps for execution of that order shall be taken in accordance with law and with due notice to respondent Nos. 5 to 11.
Accordingly this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
