Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J.
Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the Civil Judge(Senior Division), Mathura to decide the Original Suit No.668 of 2014(Dau Dayal Kaushik and another vs. Bal Krishna and others) expeditiously, within a stipulated time period.
