Alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.08.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26565 of 2015, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by marking a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8191/2016/Aa1 dated 04.01.2017 to the petitioner stating that in view of the pendency of the civil suits, the question of consideration of patta would be taken up after the disposal of the same.
3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
