Mr.N.Doraikannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent had complied with the orders of this court by passing an order dated 16.10.2017.

2. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents also produced the copy of the order dated 16.10.2017.

3. The learned counsel on either side submitted that in view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition stands closed.
