Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner D.S.M. Sugar Asmoli, Moradabad with a prayer to quash the order dated 2.11.2007 issue by the Cane Commissioner, U.P. Lucknow cancelling the computer facility granted in favour of the petitioner mill by order dated 2.11.2000 and the further order/ proceedings consequent there to.
From the perusal of the impugned order it appears that on the basis of the complaint received the order dated 2.11.2007 has been passed. There is no good ground to interfere in the impugned order. The prayer for quashing the same is refused.
However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move a fresh application for obtaining the proper facility.
With the above observation, this petition is finally disposed of.
