The present review application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 18.08.2016 made in C.M.S.A.No.40 of 2014.
2.C.M.S.A.No.40 of 2014 has been filed against the judgment made in C.M.A.No.15 of 2013 dated 21.12.2013 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore confirming the order passed by the learned Sub C.T.SELVAM.J, kpr Judge, Panruti in E.A.No.140 of 2011 in E.P.No.26 of 2011 in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 1999 dated 02.03.2013 and 15.03.2013.
3. By order dated 18.08.2016, this Court had dismissed C.M.S.A.No.40 of 2014, upholding the finding of the Courts below. Against such finding, this review application has been filed to set aside the judgment made in C.M.A.No.15 of 2013 dated 21.12.2013 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore confirming the order passed by the learned Sub Judge, Panruti in E.A.No.140 of 2011 in E.P.No.26 of 2011 in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 1999 dated 02.03.2013 and 15.03.2013 and contendING that the exparte order of salary attachment against the appellant is contrary to law and hence, the judgment passed by this Court is to be reviewed.
4. This Court finds no error apparent on the face of the record and hence, the review application stands dismissed. No costs.
