JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.24759 of 2016, by order dated 18.07.2016, directed the respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2016 on merits and in accordance with law. Alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner. T.RAJA, J.

2.When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Transport Corporation, by producing the proceedings dated 15.11.2017 issued by the respondent herein, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with and the claim made by the petitioner was rejected.
3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is according closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 15.11.2017 passed by the 1st respondent, in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
