Heard Mr.S.Chellapandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.In compliance of the order dated 23.06.2016 made in W.P.(MD)No.8368 of 2014, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced an order dated 17.11.2017 in Na.Ka.No.6123/A3/2013 in which the aforesaid order has been complied with subject to the result of pending S.L.P.Nos.16701 to 16705 of 2010.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and submits that if any monetary benefits arising out of the order are not paid by the respondents, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to pursue his legal remedy in that respect and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4.Recording the submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed with such liberty to the petitioner.
