Mr.Dakshesh Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the Direct Service of the notice for the respondents No.1 to 9 and 12 was taken. He further submits that he has also prepared affidavit and except the respondents No.1 and 2, for all other respondents service is effected as per the affidavit of service sworn by the petitioner. The office is directed to accept the affidavit of service. So far as the respondents No.1 and 2 are concerned, the heirs of respondents No.1 and 2 have accepted the notice. Mr.Mehta, learned advocate submits that necessary application for bringing their heirs on record will be filed. S.O to 2nd February 2012.
